Group Therapy at
The Relationship Agency
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can hear is "me too." Our therapeutic groups combine evidence-based skills with the kind of connection that only comes from being in a room with people who truly get it. Each group is led by a registered therapist from our team, kept intentionally small, and designed to give you practical tools you can use right away — alongside the support of others walking a similar path.

Why Group Therapy?
Therapy doesn't always have to be one-on-one. Research consistently shows that group therapy can be just as effective as individual therapy for many concerns — and in some cases, more so. There's something that shifts when you realize you're not the only one thinking what you're thinking or feeling what you're feeling. Our groups aren't about sitting in a circle and sharing for an hour. They're structured, skills-based programs led by experienced clinicians, with space for real conversation and connection built in. You'll leave each session with something concrete — a skill, a perspective, a practice — not just a feeling.
